Hi, I’m Sharon, wife and mum of two hungry boys (with food allergies and intolerances). Like so many mums, I’m passionate about whole food living and enjoying better health, happiness and behaviour from my kids. All thanks to the food we eat. As a mum, running my own business, I’ve had to design recipes and meal plans that are quick and simple and that I know everyone will enjoy. So I need to cook smart, and with a few years of experience, I’m now pretty good at it.
